NEOK Patriot Group ~ PLEASE READ Our bi-monthly meeting has been canceled due to the events in the Moore and Shawnee areas. We plan to have our regularly scheduled meeting in 2 weeks and I will be posting it later this coming week.
This does not affect Gary Stiner’s Open Carry meet, those that are interested may still attend that one at 2PM. Sorry for the short notice, but I am heading towards the Shawnee area to assist with the clean up efforts of the OKDF. I will be leaving as soon as I have a sitter for Ziggy(my dog) and won’t return until late Monday evening …. I have room for 1 possibly 2 if anyone is interested in riding……
Tuesday morning I will be going to Broken Arrow Lowes to see if we can set up a booth for donations. I am asking all members that can volunteer to please message me with times you would be able to help. PLEASE let me know As Soon As Possible. So I can set up a schedule. I can be there in the evenings around 4 or 4:30 and stay until closing. I have a storage unit that the items may be stored in until we transport them and if we get enough donations I can possibly supply a Penske Truck to get the donations to the location.
IMPORTANT: We need volunteers to make this work….. I will begin working on setting this up early Tuesday morning if I can get enough volunteers. I plan to head back down towards Shawnee and Moore next weekend as well. So, I will be able to take the donations down that way and may need volunteers to help unload depending upon donation quantities.
I have posted this to the Patriotism Under Amendment site to offer a way for our members easy access to share the link. Please share the info with all of your contacts using the share buttons and let them know that we will be out there and to stop in and say “Hi” even if they can’t donate…..
